1 package Spicy Jinka (about 1 cup)
1 avocado, cubed
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cubed
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1. Lightly toast tortillas to warm through.
2. Add 1/4 cup of Jinka to the tacos.
3. Add shredded lettuce, avocados, tomatoes, and cheese.
4. Add a dollop of greek yogurt on top and enjoy!
