Ingredients:
2 cup baby lettuce
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 jumbo red tomato, diced
1 radish, thinly sliced
4 oz Lemon and Dill Jinka
Salad Dressing:
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider or balsamic vinegar
Pinch of kosher salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. Place the lettuce, pepper, tomatoes, radishes, and Lemon and Dill Jinka in your salad bowl.
2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. (If you have a mason jar, place all dressing ingredients in the jar and start shaking! Get the kids involved too!
3. Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!
