Started as an educational purpose for a non-profit organization, this spread quickly turned into a passion project to bring a delicious, healthy, convenient, and high protein alternative to fans of tuna salad.

4 oz Original Jinka
Radishes, cilantro, and black sesame seeds for garnish
1. Cut avocado in half and discard the pit. (Or stick some toothpicks in the acovado pit and place on a cup to grow your very own avocado tree!)
2. Add 2 oz Orignal Jinka into each side of the core of the avocado
3. Dress up the avocado with radish slices, cilanto, and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
